Create SOA Application and SOA Project in JDeveloper 11g

Steps:

1. Open Jdeveloper application.
2. Make sure that you have selected UTF-8 encoding from Tools > Preferences > Environment > Encoding.
3. Select New Application
4. Choose SOA Application. Application Name and Directory should not contain spaces. Click Next.
5. Choose SOA from Project Technologies. Again, make sure that Project Name and Directory does not contain spaces. Click Next.
6. Enter a Composite Name and choose Empty Composite from available templates.Click Finish.
